Baked egges in buns - a different way of breakfast eggs


Hello. Beginning from today there is a new food blog in town. With my blog I want to help all the cooking beginners by explaining the recipes step by step Today's recipe is very simple but very delicious: egg backed in rolls.


Ingredients: 

Bun(s)
1 egg (per bun)
Sour cream
Cheese
Herbs (fresh or dry)
Salt, pepper
Onion (optional)


Preparation:

  1. Cut the lid from the bun and take out the content. 
  2. Fill the bun with the egg. 
  3. Then add a spoonful of sour cream and chopped onion. 
  4. Salt and pepper as per your taste. 
  5. Next, add the herbs and then grind the cheese.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 170°C degrees. Bake the bread for 20 minutes at 170 degrees in the oven. After 20 minutes, put the lid smeared with a little butter on the bread and leave for another 5 minutes in the oven.

I like the yolks soft or liquid, so I haven’t left the roll in the oven for so long. Of course you can also add other ingredients or leave out some.
