Hello my dears! Today we had spaghetti carbonara. I do not know if this is the original recipe, but it still tastes good. The recipe is from the book "Gut gekocht und ganz schön einfach - 200 x Pasta" by Maria Ricci, however, it was adjusted to my taste.
Ingredients for 4
people:
400
g spaghetti (or other long thin pasta)
3
eggs
4
tbsp sour cream
200
g bacon, diced (you can add more or less, it depends on your preference)
Olive
oil/ butte
4
tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese (can be canned)
1
onion (optional)
Preparation:
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
Beat the eggs well. Then add the cream and the Parmesan cheese and continue to whisk. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil/butter in a pan. Chop the onion into small pieces and fry them in the olive oil/ butter, under frequent stirring. Cut the bacon into cubes and add to onion. Roast crispy.
Drain the spaghetti and place them in a bowl. Add the bacon-onion mixture along with the rendered fat and stir well. At the end add the eggs-cream mix.
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and serve.
Bon appetit! I hope you like it!
