Today I prepared a nice, quick and easy pumpkin recipe for you: pumpkin bruschetta with feta cheese and rocket salad. It is a great autumnal starter. But it can also be served as a snack at a Halloween party.
You need:
pumpkin
feta
cheese
rocket
salad
baguette
cream
cheese
This is how we proceed:
- Peel pumpkin and cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubs. Dice feta cheese. Wash rocket salad and dry.
- Fry the pumpkin in a pan.
- Toast baguette and spread with cream cheese. Distribute pumpkin, feta and rocket on the baguette.
Serve.
