I love chocolate, especially home-made chocolate. It reminds me of my childhood. This is the reason why I “bake” this chocolate from time to time.
Ingredients:
350 g sugar
100 ml water
100 g butter
250 g milk powder
40 g cocoa
2 tbsp rum (optional)
Then cook the syrup for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the butter.
Mix until the butter melts.
Optional: add 2 tablespoons of the rum and stir.
Add milk powder and stir well.
Add milk powder and stir well.
Then add cocoa and stir well again.
Cover a backing mold with plastic wrap and add the mixture in this form and let it harden. (store in a cool place, can last a few hours).
Take out the chocolate from the mold, remove the foil and cut the chocolate with a knife.
