Rum balls

Hi! How about something sweet? I've got a delicious chocolate ball recipe.



Rum balls



Ingredients:

150 g nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts) 
240 g biscuits 
2 tbsp honey 
3-4 tbsp powdered sugar 
2 tbsp cocoa 
60-80 ml rum (or other alcoholic beverage) 
white / black chocolate for the icing

    If you don’t like alcohol, then you can also take orange juice.

    Preparation:

    First, you must ground finely the nuts in a food processor.


    Then you ground also the cookies.


    Mix all the ingredients and put the mixture for half an hour in the refrigerator.


    After half an hour form from the mixture balls and put them back in the refrigerator.


    In the meantime melt the chocolate and dip the rum balls in it.


    Give back in the fridge, and when the chocolate is hard, you can serve them.
