How about something spicy for today? Maybe Buffalo Wings?
Chicken Wings are a traditional dish of the American cuisine.
For the preparation the wings are cut in half at the joint. Then the meat is washed and marinated. Depending on the recipe, the wings are breaded before cooking or blotted dry.
A hot variation of the dish are the hot chicken wings also known as buffalo wings. For the marinade Tabasco or other chili sauce is used: they are not breaded before frying them. The name is derived from its origin in Buffalo.

12 chicken wings
5 tbsp flour (~ 60 g)

Instead of chicken wings you can also take the legs (as I did).
Preparation:
Preparation:

Give the flour, salt, garlic powder and the chili in a plastic bag.
Give the flour, salt, garlic powder and the chili in a plastic bag.
Add the chicken wings/ legs in the bag and mix well until they are completely covered with flour.
Shake off the excess flour and put them on a plate and give it for an hour in the refrigerator.
After the hour has gone by, you mix in another bag the melted butter, hot sauce and the vinegar.
Then add the wings / legs in the bag and mix well, so they are completely covered by the sauce.
Grease the baking form with oil and put the chicken wings/ legs in it. They are backed in the preheated oven at 200°C
degrees for 25-30 minutes on each side.
Buffalo Wings are served with blue cheese dip.
