Easter cupcakes

Hello my dear readers! Many of you are celebrating these days Easter, so I wish you from now Happy Easter.




I am presenting a recipe that you can bake quickly so you can surprise your family and friends.


We need:

120g butter, softened
120 g sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
80 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
25 g cacao powder
little chocolate eggs or dragées

 
    Ingredients for Easter cupcakes

    Tip: All ingredients should be at room temperature. Therefore you have to take them out of the fridge 30 minutes before you begin baking the cupcakes.

    What do I need to do?

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover a muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups.


    Mix butter and sugar until fluffy.


    Add the eggs gradually and mix thoroughly.


    Add flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir.


    Fill the paper baking cups with dough up to ¾.


    Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven and or bake until they pass the toothpick test. Remove from the oven and rest for 2 minutes. Allow to fully cool down on a wire rack (or plate).

    For the cream I mixed ricotta cheese, cream cheese and icing sugar and added on the cupcakes.
