After Easter in most cases we remain with eggs and we ask ourselves what we can do with them. Today I give you an idea of what you can create with them. Of course you can use this recipe for other events / festivals.
You need:
10 boiled eggs
1 tbsp mustard
3-5 tbsp sunflower oil
juice from half a lemon
salt
pepper
caviar
salmon
How do we proceed?
Peel and cut eggs in halves.
Removed the yolks and put them into a bowl (or blender). Add the mustard and the salt.
Stir all. Gradually add the oil and mix. Add the juice of the lemon and pepper and stir again.
Fill the eggs with this mix.
Decorate with caviar and salmon and serve.
