Chocolate cake


Hello you. Today I have for you a delicious chocolate cake. I think it makes no sense to tell you how delicious and chocolaty the cake taste...I would advise you to find out yourself. And now the recipe:


Chocolate cake



We need:


7 eggs (directly from the fridge)
400 g dark chocolate
200 g butter
3 tbsp chocolate liqueur

How do we proceed:


Preheat oven to 150°C degrees. Fill a baking tin half full with water and give it in the oven.

Roughly chop the chocolate.

Add chocolate and butter in a pan and melt over simmering water


Give eggs in a bowl and beat them for 10 minutes at high speed on the mixer, until fluffy.

Pour 1/3 of the egg-cream over the chocolate, stir with a wooden spoon or a whisk.



Add liqueur and the rest of the egg mixture and mix well.



Add the chocolate mixture into a sprinform covered with parchment paper.

Chocolate cake before baking


Put this in the tin filled with water and bake for 40 minutes.



In the original recipe it was said that the cake will form a crust, perhaps even form small cracks and will have a gelatine-like consistency. In my case after 30 minutes at 150 degrees, no crust was formed, so I turned the oven to 170 and baked the cake for another 10 minutes. But I think that the oven was not hot enough.

Chocolate cake


Let cool at room temperature. Afterwards put the cake for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.

Arrange and serve.
