Potato wedges
Hello you! Today I have for you a very simple but tasty recipe: potato wedges.

What do we need:

potatoes
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
freshly ground pepper
rosemary leaves (you can use also dry one)

How do we proceed:

Preheat oven to 220°C.
 
Wash potatoes well and dry.
 
Quarter the potatoes lengthwise. Cut larger potatoes into six parts (half and then again in half lengthwise).
 
Wash and dry the rosemary. Strip needles from the stem and chop finely.
 

Put potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, paprika, pepper and rosemary and mix.

Add the oil and mix well again. Set aside for 10 minutes.


Spread the potato pieces on a, with baking paper covered tin and bake for 30 minutes.

Potato wedges before baking

Turn after 15 minutes.
