Hello! Between packing for the second part of my vacation and packing the boxes for my upcoming relocation, I still found some time to share with you this salad recipe. It is a grilled pepper salad, which is often served in the Romanian cuisine. The salad is usually served with meat. I hope I have made you curious and you will try the salad on occasion.
We need:
500
g peppers
1-2
garlic cloves

tbsp oil

tbsp vinegar
4
tbsp sugar
How do we proceed:
First, wash and dry the peppers.
Then grill the peppers on each side until the skin becomes black l (preferably on an open flame).

Put them in a bowl, cover with clingfilm, and allow to cool. Let them “sweat” for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, the dressing is prepared: Peel the garlic and squeeze. Mix vinegar with sugar until it the sugar dissolves. Then add the oil. At the end add the garlic and stir.
Now we get back to the peppers: remove the skin and put the peppers into a clean bowl. Spread the dressing over the peppers and let them rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
