Today, I have again a noodle recipe for you. This time not an Italian pasta recipe but Thai noodles with shrimp. I found the recipe on this blog and I had to try it out. And I do not regret this...the Thai noodles with prawns taste great and I surely will cook it often.
Ingredients for 4 people:
250
g Asian noodles
4
tbsp brown sugar
4
tbsp fresh squeezed llemon juice
6
tbsp soy sauce
2
tsp peanut oil
3
spring onions
1
garlic clove
2
large eggs, lightly beaten
First, cook the noodles according to package instructions. When they are done remove from the water and drain.
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, lemon juice and soy sauce and mix well until the sugar fully dissolved.

Wash and clean spring onion. Cut the white part into thin slices and the green in some larger pieces. Peel garlic and chop it very fine.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium flame. Fry the white part of the spring onions and the garlic, then add the beaten eggs. Stir constantly until eggs curdle and then place on a plate.
Next, add the green part of the onions, the drained pasta and the sugar-soy sauce in the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes.
