When I was surfing on Pinterest, I saw an interesting recipe for a hot chocolate for adults. I wanted to try the recipe out, but than it turned out that I didn’t have 50% of the ingredients. And for only this recipe I didn’t want to buy chocolate liquor. Or vodka. But I wanted to try this hot chocolate. So I looked what I had at home and improvised. This is the story of this hot Amaretto chocolate. If you want to try it, here is the recipe.
For 2 glasses you
need:
250
ml milk
100
g milk chocolate
100
ml Amaretto
This is how we proceed:
Chop chocolate coarsely. Add the milk and chocolate in a pot and heat it. Stir with a whisk until the chocolate melts. Add Amaretto and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from the stove, fill in glasses, garnish with cream and serve.
This hot Amaretto chocolate tastes so delicious, but contains quite a bit of alcohol. But you do not drink this every night. How do you like your hot chocolate the most?
