steak served with a tasty brie sauce.
You
need:

pieces x 150 g beef
150
g Brie cheese
100
ml liquid cream
salt
pepper
How do we proceed:
Wash the meat and dry it.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roast meat for 3 minutes on each side. If you do not like the meat to be pink, then fry for 5-6 minutes.
Cut the Brie cheese in small pieces
Pour the cream in a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the cheese and cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.
Arrange on plates and serve warm.
I served it with potato wedges and grilled pepper salad.
