Hello my dear readers! Easter is over and many of you are probably wondering what you can do with the remaining eggs. Trough them away? Absolutely not. But what to do then? How about preparing an egg salad? It is easy and quick to prepare. And tastes soooo good. Do you not believe me? Then you have to try it for yourself.

hard boiled eggs (or more)
green
onion
salt
paprika
powder

tbsp crème fraîche
What do we have to do?
Peel the eggs and cut in small pieces. Wash, peel and chop the spring onions. Add the eggs and onion in a bowl and season with salt and paprika powder. Add the crème fraîche and stir everything well.
