While browsing the internet I came across the blog www.all-passion-spent.blogspot.com. Besides a few great DIY ideas I've found a delicious pasta recipe. Since I like pasta and avocados, I told myself that this combination must taste great. So I have saved the recipe and this weekend I cooked it.
And I was right...the combination of pasta and avocado tastes really good. I can only recommend to try it for yourself!
We need:
pasta
(any kind)
1
ripe avocado
some
walnuts
blue
cheese
1
garlic clove
How it's done:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Peel and core the avocado. Then mash the avocado with a fork. Peel the garlic clove, chop it finely and add to the avocado crème.
Chop walnuts and crumbled the cheese.
Mix the avocado crème with the pasta, place on a plate, garnish with cheese and nuts.
Very easy, very quick, very tasty! Hope you like it too.
