Put the sugar, butter and vinegar in a pan and simmer for 5 minutes.

Wash and dry the thyme. Pluck leaves and give to the rhubarb sauce.
Arrange meat and rhubarb sauce on plates and sprinkle with thyme. Serve with baguette slices.
