It is not really clear which is the origin of pizza. The Italians swear that they are the inventors of pizza, but even the ancient Greeks have refined their pita bread with oil, herbs and spices. But that does not matter ... I am glad that the pizza was invented. No matter by whom. Today it is one of the world's most popular dishes and the selection of toppings is infinite. You can take everything that you like...the imagination knows no limits in this case. The best pizza is still the homemade one. Therefore, I will now show you a basic recipe for pizza dough.

You need:

300 g universal wheat flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 ½ tsp salt
175 ml lukewarm water
1 tbsp olive oil

    This is how we proceed:
    Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl. Stir in yeast and salt. Form a well in the center. Mix the water with the oil and pour into the well. Knead until you have a smooth elastic dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and place in a warm place for 1 hour (or until the dough doubles his volume).
