Green beans with garlic

Grüne Bohnen mit Knoblauch

Today, I present you a very simple recipe for a dish I have not eaten for ages. I think the last time I cooked this meal was7 yeas ago. But do not ask me why. When I think about it than it comes to my mind that there are many dishes I have not cooked for ages. Does this also happen to you? But I'm going to change that. Because there are dishes I like to eat and remember of my youth 😁. But back to today's dish: Today, we have green beans with garlic. Simple but delicious.

Tom Yam Gai

Tom Yam Gai

As you know, at the beginning of the year I was in Thailand. And those who follow my Instagram account also know I was very enthusiastic about the Thai food. I was so excited that I even attended a cooking course in Kho Lanta, our last stop. At the beginning I was not quite sure whether it would be worthwhile to visit a cooking class. I was not sure if I would find all the ingredients at home to cook the dishes at all. But I decided to go for it, as the class was not that expensive. And I didn’t want to regret that I didn’t go. I have looked at the offers from a few cookery schools and then decided for one. And I'm so glad I went to this cooking course.

Coffee Brownies

Coffee Brownies

Last time I have showed you the recipe for coffee liqueurs, today I'll show you what you can prepare with it. Even if I am not a coffee fan and I do not drink coffee I like the taste of it in desserts. This made it clear to me that I had to try these brownies. And I was right...they tasted very good ... also for a coffee grouch like me 😄

Coffee liqueur

Kaffeelikör

Dear all, today I have a coffee-liqueur recipe for you. Why a liqueur recipe? Because I think that this liqueur is a great Easter gift. I always am happy when I receive homemade gifts. Don’t you? And if you prepare the liqueur today, there it has enough time to infuse and you have a nice Easter gift for your loved ones.

Pull apart bread with wild garlic pesto

Zupfbrot mit Bärlauchpesto

My dear readers, it's time for a new recipe. This time I did not have to think long...I knew exactly what recipe I wanted to publish. As you know, I bought wild garlic about 2 weeks ago. After I had made the ravioli I still had some wild garlic. At first I wanted to bake wild-garlic buns. I saw a recipe on Krisi’s blog. But I changed my mind and baked this pull apart bread. This was on my "to-cook" list for quite some time. As well as wild garlic pesto. And so I took the opportunity and deleted two things from my list 😉 Here comes the recipe for Pull apart bread with wild garlic pesto.
