Today all the meat will be happy! Today I noticed, that I didn’t post a meat containing recipe for a while. But as you already know by now, I don’t often cook with meat. And when I am cooking, then mostly beef or chicken. Today’s recipe is a rib-eye steak with roasted tomatoes. Something I had recently for lunch.
You need:
2
pieces rib-eye steak
|
2
tbsp butter
|
5-6
garlic cloves
|
2-3
rosemary stalks
|
200
g cherry tomatoes
|
Servings: 2
Preparation time: 20 minutes
This is how you
proceed:
- Take the meat 1-2 hours before frying from the refrigerator and let it arrive to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 120°C.
- Heat an ovenproof pan over medium heat and melt the butters. Fry the steak on each side for about 2-3 minutes. 1-2 minutes before the meat is ready, add the garlic, rosemary and cherry tomatoes in the pan and let them roast along.
- Afterwards, place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to rest for 5 minutes, place on plates and serve.
