Chicken breast with mozzarella gratiné and mushroom sauce


Today we have chicken breast with mozzarella gratiné and mushroom sauce.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 2 pieces chicken fillet
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 100 ml of liquid sour cream
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • Pfeffer/ pepper
  • Paprika, mild/ mild chilli

Preparation:

Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Season with salt, pepper and mild chili on both sides and put for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, wash the mushrooms, peel them and cut them into slices. Peel garlic and cut into slices.

In a pan heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté the mushrooms and garlic for 2-3 minutes.


Then add the 100 ml of red wine and continue to cook until the wine evaporates.


Add the sour cream and bring again to boil. Remove from heat and set aside.


Fry the chicken on both sides for 3 minutes (3 minutes on each side).


Put the meat on a plate and cover it with the previously cut mozzarella slices.


The whole is then given in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the mozzarella melts.

The mushroom sauce is placed over the chicken and served warm.
