Hello my dear readers. Today I prepared an extremely easy recipe for you: a Mediterranean pasta salad. This salad is a fresh Mediterranean dish which is prepared using simple ingredients and that can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
- 100 g pasta (fusilli or farfalla)
- 125 g mozzarella
- a few slices of prosciutto crudo or tuna
- mushrooms
- olives
- cherry tomatoes
- onion (optional)
- resh basil (optional)
First boil the pasta according to package instructions in salted water, drain and then rinse with cold water to cool.
Wash the mushrooms and the cherry tomatoes. Cut the mushrooms into slices and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Cut the onion and ham in small pieces. Dice the mozzarella. Cut the deseeded olives into slices or you can leave them whole. Add all the ingredients are into a bowl and mix well. Add olive oil.
The salad should then rest for 30 minutes to allow flavors to distribute well.
