- 400 g chicken meat
- 400 g potato
- 3 carrots
- 2 parsley root
- 200 g peas
- pickles
- peppers in vinegard
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Wash the chicken well. Peel the vegetables. Put chicken in a pot with water and bring to boil.
After the meat is cooked, give away the foam. Then add the vegetables (except the peas) and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft.
In the end, add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cut the vegetables, pickles, peppers and the meat into small cubes. Mix all ingredients with the mayonnaise.
Serve the salad as a starter.
