Hi! Here I have told you that my attempt to bake cakes with liquid filling has failed. I tried it again with another recipe and it worked. So I share it with you.
We need:
50
g soft margarine or butter

g sugar
1
egg
80
g flour
1
tsp baking powder
1
tbsp cacao powder
50
g dark chocolate
icing
sugar for dusting
From this quantity I got 6 cakes.
What do we do?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover a muffin tin with 6 paper baking cups.
Ad all ingredients except the chocolate and the icing sugar into a bowl and process until smooth.
Distribute half of the batter in the paper cups.
Divide the chocolate in six approximately equal-sized pieces. Add a piece in each paper cup.
Cover the chocolate with the rest of the dough.
Bake the cakes for 20 minutes. Take them out and leave them rest for 2 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve while still warm.
