Semolina pudding with cherries

In the free edition of Gusto - The Cooking magazine, I have discovered this very, very tasty recipe and I didn’t want to hide it from you. Not only that, this recipe is very tasty, but it is also fast and easy to prepare.

With this recipe, I have spontaneously participated at Miss Blueberrymuffin blog event. The theme was sweet, tasty and a little to colorful. Now I kindly ask you to go to her blog and vote for my recipe. It is the 6th recipe - semolina pudding with cherries and chocolate.

And here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
125 ml milk
grated zest of ½ bio-orange
20g fine semolina
30 g sugar
100 ml orange juice
125 ml whipped cream
1 sheet of gelatin
cherries
dark chocolate

Preparation:

First, wash the forms with cold water and refrigerate.

Then give the gelatin in cold water.

Boil milk, grated orange zest and a pinch of salt.

Slowly add the semolina and cook while stirring (until you get a thick paste. It can be that you need to give more milk, so you can mix the semolina well).
