bag of tortilla chips
2-3 hot peppers, pickled
2-3 tomatoes
150-200 g cheddar (or other good melting hard cheese)
This is how we proceed:
Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Slice pepperoni. Place the tortilla chips into a large baking tin. Add the tomatoes and the hot peppers. Rub the cheese over.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 6 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Serve with avocado dip and white sauce.
