for you a delicious almond-pear tart.

This is how we proceed:
First
we prepare the pears. These are peeled, cored and cut into halves.
In
a pan add 3 cups of water, 1 cup sugar, the cinnamon stick and the cloves.
When
the whole begins to boil, add the pears are and allowed to simmer over low heat
for 10 minutes.
Take out the pears and let them cool.
Next, the base is prepared. Mix 80g butter with 50 g of sugar.
Add the egg yolk, then the flour and in the end a pinch of salt.
Grease a tart form, or cover with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the form and give it for 30 minutes in freezer.
Prick the base several times with a fork. Than bake for 25-30 min at 190°C.
While the base cools, the cream is prepared. Mix 85g butter with 130 g of sugar.
Next, the ground almonds are added
Add flour, cornstarch, egg and egg white. Mix everything well.
At the end add the essences and mix well.
Everything that is left to do is to combine everything. Fill tart with cream.
Slice the pears.
Put the pear slices on the tart. Bake the whole for 45-50 minutes at 170°C.
