Lately I posted only vegetarian dishes. Today it is time to post a recipe with meat – to be more exactly - chili con carne. Chili con carne comes from Mexico and is a spicy stew with beans and minced meat.
Ingredients:

g minced meat
250
g red beans
1
big onion
1
can peel tomatoes
1
tsp sweet paprika
2-3
chilies
1
tsp chili powder
2
garlic cloves
salt
pepper
oil
Preparation:
Peel onion and garlic and chop. Finely chop also the chili.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and chili in it.
Add the minced meat and fry.
When the meat is crumbly, add the beans. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the peeled tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Arrange and serve.
