Figs with goat cheese and honey


Hello you! Because now is the figs season, and these fruits can now be bought almost anywhere, I will show you in the next time some receipts with figs. And here is the first: figs with goat cheese and honey!

Ingredients


4 large fresh figs
4 slices of ham
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp pine nuts
rosemary (fresh or dry)
120 g goat cheese
black pepper

Preparation


Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Cut from the top crosswise so deep that they still hold together. Lightly split the fig.



Slices the ham in half lengthwise.

Roll ham around the fig.



Wash fresh rosemary pick and chop the needles. Mix rosemary with the goat cream cheese.

Chop the pine nuts coarsely.

Mix with the goat cheese.

Fill each fig with ¼ cream cheese.

Sprinkle with pepper and a little rosemary.

Set the fruit in a form, and drizzle with honey.

Bake in the oven for 8-10 min.
Arrange and serve warm.
