Shrimp and mango sticks with wild rice


Hi! May I present to you today's recipe? We have shrimp and mango sticks with wild rice.

We need:


1 large, ripe mango (~ 400 g)
1 bunch green onions
150 g wild rice mix
250 g shrimps
juice from a lemon
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp mild curry powder
salt
pepper


    Ingredients


    How do we proceed:

    Wash mango, peel and cut the flesh into cubes.

    Wash spring onions and cut into 3 cm pieces.

    Fry shrimp 5 minutes in butter / oil.



    Mix lemon juice with 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, curry and pepper.



    Arrange the shrimp, mango cubes and green onion alternately onto sticks.



    Brush with marinade and marinate for at least 30 minutes.




    Cook wild rice according to package instructions.

    Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large pan. Roast the spikes over medium heat for 5 minutes on all sides.



    Arrange the wild rice the sticks on a plate, sprinkle with the remaining marinade and serve.
