Hey! I've returned from my holidays. This means that new receipts will be posted. I’ve already warned you here that I will post in the near future recipes with figs. Today, I have for you pasta with gorgonzola and figs.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):

onion

ml whipped cream

g Gorgonzola
pepper

figs

g pasta
a
handful of grated Parmesan

g rocket salad
Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water.
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion.
Fry in a little oil.
Deglaze with cream and simmer over low heat.
Add the Parmesan, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add some rocket salad.
Drain the pasta. Then add the pasta to the sauce.
Add the Gorgonzola cheese.
Mix well and arrange on plates.
Garnish with the remaining rocket salad.
Wash the figs, dry them and cut into wedges.
Arrange them on the pasta and serve.
