A few weeks ago I bought a mini bundt cake form. Then I started to search the
internet and my cookbooks and magazines for interesting recipes. I found
something and now it is time to share the recipe with you. Therefore, today we make
lemon bundt cake.
We
need:
80
g butter
125
g flour
75
g sugar
1
package vanilla sugar
2
level tsp baking powder
2
eggs
1
pinch of salt
2
tbsp lemon juice
finely
grated lemon zest
How do we proceed:
Preheat oven (electric oven: 200°C / fan 175°C / gas degree 3).
Mix butter with the sugar and the vanilla sugar creamy.
Add one egg then mix. Add the second one.
Mix flour with baking powder. Add the flour gradually and stir into the batter.
Add the lemon juice, lemon zest and salt. If the dough is too hard, add some lemon juice.
Put the dough into a greased form.
Bake for 10-12 minutes
For the glaze, I mixed a little lemon juice with powdered sugar and spread over the bundt cakes.
