Hello. Today I’ll show to you a healthy snack.
This is how we do it:
- Cut mozzarella into slices. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices.
- Cut crisp bread slices in half and spread with butter.
- Alternately, put a slice of tomato, mozzarella and again a tomato on a buttered crispbread. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil and cover with the second crispbread.
The snack can now be served.
