Hello. Today I’ll show to you a healthy snack.

We need:


crisp bread slices
butter
mozzarella
tomatoes
basil leaves

This is how we do it:

  1. Cut mozzarella into slices. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices.
  2. Cut crisp bread slices in half and spread with butter.
  3. Alternately, put a slice of tomato, mozzarella and again a tomato on a buttered crispbread. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil and cover with the second crispbread.
The snack can now be served.
