to my blog statistics you are not such big fans of smoothies/ shakes. But I
like them a lot and drink them quite often. Therefore, I think it would be a
pity if I would not share with you the recipes that I like. And as long as a
single person out there will prepare one of my smoothies/ shakes, I will
continue to post smoothie/ shake recipes. Therefore, today we have
blackberry-banana-coconut milk shake.
You need:
125
g blackberry
1
banana
250
ml coconut milk
This is how we proceed:
Pretty
simple: put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well. Fill in cups and
serve.
