Croissant with egg cream and arugula

I know that this is a very banal recipe (if you can call it a recipe), but I wanted to share with you this breakfast idea. Last time I have shown you the recipe for spicy egg cream, today you can see what you can do with it.

You need:

croissant
egg cream
1 handful arugula


This is how we proceed:


Cut the croissants in half, spread arugula on the bottom half and spread with the egg cream. Place the top half on it and our croissant can be eaten. As I said, you don’t have to be an ace in the kitchen to prepare something delicious.
