I am back! And after the break we continue with a pancake recipe as I haven’t shown you one here on the blog for a very long time. But that will change today. I have a recipe of simple pancakes for you. They are not very sweet, if you want them sweeter, then simply take more sugar. I like them as they are because I can eat them with honey, maple syrup or ice cream.
You
need:
450
g flour
450
ml milk
90
g sugar
3
eggs
3
tsp butter
1
pinch of salt
11
g baking powder
This
is how we proceed:
In
a large bowl stir milk, sugar, eggs, salt and butter.
In a second bowl, combine the flour mixed with the baking powder and added to the milk-butter-egg mixture. Mix with the blender.
Grease a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Using a spoon pour some dough and fry until small bubbles form on the surface. Turn on the other side and fry also golden brown.
