I was on the point of missing Easter this year. How is it possible? Quite simple... I lost track of time. I was sure that Easter would be in two weeks from now on. Luckily, a friend of mine reminded me that Easter is this Sunday. So, I had to quickly decide what Easter recipes to post. They will be some simple ones as there was no time for the elaborated ones.
Last weekend I posted the first recipe: homemade eggnog and I warned you that some recipes with eggnog as main ingredient will follow. So here is the first recipe: a delicious eggnog-cheesecake in a jar.

For the crust crumble the biscuits. Put them in a bowl and mix with the melted butter. Spread and press biscuits on the bottom of the jars. Place the jars in the fridge.

tbsp icing sugar

For the crust crumble the biscuits. Put them in a bowl and mix with the melted butter. Spread and press biscuits on the bottom of the jars. Place the jars in the fridge.
Mix cream cheese with icing sugar. Add eggnog and mix again.
Let 4 sheets of gelatin swell for 10 minutes in water. Squeeze and carefully heat until the gelatin dissolves. Add it to the cream-eggnog mixture and mix well again. Spread cream evenly over the crumbled biscuits. Place the jars in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
