The holidays are now over. Many have eaten much during these days. This is always the case. Every year we tell ourselves not to eat so much, but when we see all the delicacies and then we throw this principle overboard. And so it happens that we have one or two kilos more on the ribs. Maybe a Sicilian citrus salad.
You need:

small oranges

blood oranges
1
lime
1
lemon
black
olives
olive
oil
salt
pepper
This is how you
proceed:
Peel
the citrus fruits, so that the white skin is also removed. Cut into slices and
arrange on 4 plates.
Chop
olives and spread on the citrus. Mix olive oil with some salt and pepper and
drizzle the dressing over the salad. Put aside for 15 minutes then serve.
