Today we continue with the series "healthy and delicious". So today I come with an idea for a healthy start in the day. You need only 4 ingredients to cook this delicious poached egg on avocado toast. And it is done quite fast. But convince yourselves!
For 4 servings you
need:
bread
avocado
butter
egg
This is how we proceed:
Toast the bread: you can do it by using the toaster, the oven or a pan...it does not matter. Peel avocado, halved and cut into slices. Spread some butter on the bread and put the avocado on it.
For the poached egg, bring water in a pan to a boil. Crack egg in a cup. When the water boils, reduce temperature so that the water doesn’t bubble. Stir in with a wooden spoon so that a vortex is formed. Carefully slide the egg into the water and take it out after 3-4 minutes with a slotted spoon. Drain and place on the toast.
