As you know from the last post, I laid in bed for a few days with the flu. I had no strength to cook something but to be honest I also did not have appetite. I had to force myself to eat something in order to be able to take the medication. When I had more strength I then cooked a noodle soup...which has always helped when I had the flu. And it really helped...now I'm fit again. For those who still lie in bed with the flu, here is the recipe.
Ginger orange tea
Monday, February 23, 2015
Those
who follow me on Facebook, know already
that I'm lying in bed with the flu. In the last years, I had such a nice
relationship with the flu: it ignored me and I was not angry about this.
Unfortunately such beautiful relationships do not last forever, and this year
the flu got me. From one day to the other. 3 days I was KO...I only slept. I
could not eat, I could not move because everything hurt me. So I've only
slept...I did not know that it is possible that a person can sleep that much.
Then on the 4th day I could move a little...so I made this tea and took a few
photos. Then I crawled in bed again. I'm still not fit, but at least I do not
spend the whole day in bed. So today I could write this post. This tea is really
healthy and tasty and I wanted to share with you the recipe. And now I go back
to sleep.
Basic recipe: pizza dough
Thursday, February 19, 2015
It is not really clear which is the origin of pizza. The Italians swear that they are the inventors of pizza, but even the ancient Greeks have refined their pita bread with oil, herbs and spices. But that does not matter ... I am glad that the pizza was invented. No matter by whom. Today it is one of the world's most popular dishes and the selection of toppings is infinite. You can take everything that you like...the imagination knows no limits in this case. The best pizza is still the homemade one. Therefore, I will now show you a basic recipe for pizza dough.
Exotic mango dream mini cake
Sunday, February 15, 2015
A
long, long time ago, I bought a new cake tray that came together with 2
recipes. When I read the recipes, I knew I wanted to try them. But somehow I
always baked and cooked something else and eventually I totally forgot that I
have a new cake pan. Not too long ago, I rediscovered that I have the form. I
bought the necessary ingredients and then baked the cakes. And then immediately
I asked myself: why did I wait so long until I baked them? They taste so good
and look really nice. They are ready in no time, so perfect for when you expect
guests. So here's the recipe for the exotic mango dream mini cake.

Banana milk
Sunday, February 8, 2015
I had in the fridge a couple of bananas that I have not eaten in time and a pint of milk, which was about to expire. But I had no desire to bake a cake, but I'm also against toughing away food. After brief consideration I decided to make banana milk from the ingredients. So, 2 bananas, ½ liter of milk, 1 teaspoon of honey were added in the mixer, mixed thoroughly and I after 5 Minutes the delicious banana milk was ready. Why am I telling you this? Well ... you guessed it right ... this is today's recipe.
