Coarsely chop chocolate (best is to use the favorite chocolate of your loved one) and melt over water bath.
Fill the chocolate mold with the chocolate and let to rest for about 2 minutes. Turn the silicone molds on parchment paper so that the chocolate runs out. Remove the chocolate from the surface of the forms.
Give the chocolate mold in the refrigerator. When the chocolate has set, remove from the fridge and add one cherry.

- Add sugar and cherries in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until the sugar is completely disolved and juice has formed. Stir from time to time. Simmer for another 10 minutes until a syrup forms.
- Add lemon juice, vanilla extract and amaretto and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Fill into clean jars, seal and store in a cool and dark place.
