Jenny from www.tulpentag.blogspot.de invited us to a picnic. This is a special picnic because Jenny wants something very specific... she just wants pasta dishes. Because I like the theme and I love to eat pasta, I've decided to join her picnic. After some thinking I opted for a pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, baby mozzarella, Parma ham and rocket salad, because this dish tastes very good no matter if you serve it warm or cold. Before I go to the picnic, I leave you with the recipe.
For 4 servings you
need:
300
g farfalle
50
g pine nuts
15
cherry tomatoes
125
g small mozzarella balls
6
slices Parma
ham
1
handful rocket salad
olive
oil
Parmesan
This is how we proceed:
Cook farfalle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the water and allow to cool, then place in a large salad bowl.
Roast pine nuts in a frying pan and let cool.
Wash and halve the tomatoes. Halve mozzarella balls. Cut into smaller strips the Parma ham. Wash and dry the rocket salad. Give all the ingredients to the past in the bowl and mix roughly. Sprinkle with some olive oil.
Just before serving grind Parmesan cheese.
What do you think about this pasta recipe?
