For the filling:
|
180
g cold butter

2
limes
|
220
g flour
|
100
g sugar
|
3
tbsp powder sugar
|
2
eggs
|
2
tbsp cold water
|
200
g cream cheese
|
1
tbsp vanilla pudding powder
|
|
6
figs
|
How do we proceed:
For the dough, cut the cold butter into small cubes.
Mix the butter together with the flour, sugar powder and 2 tbsp cold water to a smooth dough.
Mix the butter together with the flour, sugar powder and 2 tbsp cold water to a smooth dough.
Grease the tart form.
Place the dough on a floured surface, roll out about 30 cm and place in the pie form. Press the dough firmly at the edge.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Wash and dry the limes. Grate the peel of the 2 limes.
Squeeze the juice from the limes. I used the juice from 4 limes, but since the filling is too acidic, I recommend to use the juice from 2.
Mix in a bowl 100g sugar with the eggs.
Pour the liquid lime cream over the pastry. Top with figs.
Top with the pine nuts.
