Hi! A few weeks ago I was in a french restaurant - "Le Bol" here in Vienna. The offer ranges from soups, baguettes to salads. I opted for a salad and was blown away. Of course I had to try the recipe at home. When you are in Vienna, I recommend you to visit the restaurant.
