Roasted peaches, nectarines and apricots

Last week I wanted something sweet, but not a cake. But to eat only fruits was also boring. And then I remembered a recipe that I have seen some years ago in a TV show. Luckily, I've written down the recipe in my recipe book. So I searched the recipe, found it and cooked roasted peaches, nectarines and apricots.

You need:


peaches
nectarines
apricots
powdered sugar
butter


This is how you proceed:

Wash, dry, halve and stone the fruits. Arrange on an baking sheet with pitted side up.

Roasted peaches, nectarines and apricots before baking

Scoop some butter in the center of each fruit half and dust with icing sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of water into the baking dish. Cover the tin with aluminum foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees on the second rail for 20-25 minutes.


Serve warm or cold.
