... and there are recipes that do not wait for years to be published. This is the case of today’s recipe. I prepared this French toast last weekend, wrote the blog post on Sunday and today the recipe is already online. Yes, sometimes it goes very quickly.
For 4 servings you
need:

egg
100
ml milk
2
tbsp vanilla sugar
8
slices (toast) bread
1-2
tbsp butter
250
g yogurt
blueberries
strawberries
This is how we proceed:
In a soup plate whisk the egg, milk and vanilla sugar. Dip the bread in this mixture.
Drain. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bread slices until they are golden.
Arrange on plates and garnish with blueberries, strawberries and yogurt. Serve warm.
