This is the last Christmas recipe for this year. Christmas tree cake-pops. Perfect for all those who still need to prepare something and don’t have so much time. It is a real simple recipe with simple ingredients and not time consuming. And the cake-pops are a eye catcher. I leave you with the recipe, and I wish you already Merry Christmas!
For about 20 pieces you need:
speculoos cookies
200 g mascarpone
150 g white chocolate
green food coloring
sprinkles
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooling time: 45 minutes
This is how we proceed:
Grind speculoos cookies with the food chopper. Place the crumbles in a bowl and add mascarpone. Stir until you get a moldable dough.
From cones. Cool for 30 minutes
Chop chocolate and melt over water bath. Dip the lollipop sticks or the toothpicks about 1 cm into the melted chocolate and then insert into the cones. Cool for another 15 minutes.
Dip successively the Christmas tree cake-pops into the liquid chocolate, tap the surplus and decorate with sprinkles.
