3, 2, 1...no, it's not time yet. But the year is over soon and I want to wish a Happy New Year. And if you don’t want to clink this year only with champagne then you can try this Pomegranate Prosecco cocktail.
For 6-8 glasses you need:
1 pomegranate
1 lemon
6-8 tbsp elderflower syrup
750 ml sparkling wine

Cut pomegranate in half, remove the seeds and give in the champagne glasses. Wash the lemon and dry it. Cut into slices and give a slice in the glass. Pour 1 tbsp elderflower syrup in each glass and top up with sparkling wine. Stir once and serve.
