Bruschetta with tomatoes and basil


Hi! Today I have something for the small hungry.

Ingredients:


2 tomatoes
basil
salt
pepper
2 slices bread
1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil 


Preparation:

  1. Blanch tomatoes, peel and remove seeds. Then cut into small dice.
  2. Mix tomatoes with basil (fresh or dry). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the bread slices in the oven at 220°C degrees until they get lightly browned - then let the bread cool down.
  4. When the slices are slightly cooled, sprinkle them witholive oil and rub the garlic on one side.
  5. Spread the tomato-basil mixture on the bread slices. Garnish with basil and serve.
