Hello my dear readers! Today I noticed that I have not posted for a long time pasta recipe – so today you will get the spaghetti with shrimp and Alfredo sauce recipe. I love pasta and I love shrimps, so this combination is really tasty.
We need (for 2 portions):

g spaghetti

g butter

shrimps, peeled and pre-cooked

How do we proceed:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan. Add the washed and peeled shrimp and the garlic.

Cook the shrimps for 2 minutes then put aside on a plate. If the shrimp are not pre-cooked, then they will continue to cook.
Simmer for 5-6 minutes over low heat, stirring continuously. When the sauce thickens, add the shrimps and the finely chopped parsley (I have taken none, because I do not like it). Stir well.
Add pasta, stir and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste. Arrange and serve. Bon appetit!
